COOKIES FOR SAN VALENTINE

 INGRIDIENTS (FOR 2O COOKIES)

SUGAR (100 g)

BROWN SUGAR(125g)

BICARBONATE OF SODA(half a tea spoon)

VANILLA(2 tea spoons)

FLOUR (300g)

EGGS (temperature of the fridge-1)

MELTED BUTTER(150g)

CHOCOLATE BUDS(325g)

EGG YOLK (temperatur of the fridge-1)


UTENSILS
 BLENDER

 SPOON FOR ICE CREAM

 SPATULA

 OVEN PAPER


WE START BAKING...

1.Preheat the oven to 175ºC  . Prepere the the tray for the oven with oven paper.

2.Melt the butter in the microwave (carefull try not to burn it!) and let it cool down

3.Mix the two types of sugar and the melted butter blend until all is mixed well.

4.Add Vanilla,egg,yolk and follow blending.

5.Mix Flour,Bicarbonate and inconpore it in two parts.Blend until all is mixed well.Don't blend to much!!

6.Introduce the chocolate buds and divide it eveanly through the mixture,blending with the blender.

7.With the help of the ice cream spoon divide the mixture into round circles (It has to be 5cm or what you prefer but for 20 you need them for 5cm) on the oven paper ,if you want you can add them sprinkles.

8.Bake them for 15-18 min and the rest of the mixture live them in the fridge.
let them cool down for 5 min and you will have nice cookies for San Valentine!!!
